Slimming World Food Diary, pregnant & due 15th Jan, hoping this will help motivate me

Friday

Brekkie - branflakes with grapes, ss milk & satsuma (HEA&B)

Lunch - curry, pear, ff yoghurt

Snack - 2 x rocky road hifi (HEB) apple, satsuma 1 x celebration (2 syns)

Dinner - philli spaghetti with bacon, red onion, mushrooms, tomatoes and sausages (1 syn)

Snacks - 2 x kiwi fruit, grapes, 4 x Dairy Box chocolates (10 syns) Options hot choc (2 syns) low fat super noodles

15 syns :)
 
Saturday

Brekkie - satsuma, grapes, bacon & egg toasted sarnie with low salt/sugar ketchup (1/2 syn) (HEB)

Snack/lunch - yoghurt, 2 x hifi (HEB) banana, satsuma, 1 x Quality Street (2.5 syns) then shared a pasta n sauce, added turkey, sweetcorn and garlic powder, cooked it with milk and it was nice

Dinner - spicy chicken, veg & wedges topped with cheese (HEA) and 1/2 gravy pot which rounds up to (1.5 syns)

Snacks - 4 x Dairy Box chocolates (10 syns) kiwi fruit, satsuma, yoghurt

14.5 syns yey!!
 
Monday!!

Brekkie - branflakes, grapes, ss milk, satsuma

Lunch - tuna mayo jacket with salad (1 syn)

Dinner - chilli with rice, tortilla chips, sour cream dip, cheese (HEA) 2 x pieces of garlic bread! I was at my mother in laws so it wasn't SW chilli & it was NYE so was on plan for brekkie & lunch & enjoyed the evening! I also had far too many chocolates & drank non alcoholic wine so was over my syns!!xx
 
Hi, just wanted 2 say wat a gr8 inspiration yer diary is! I found out I was pregnant bout 2wks b4 xmas n ave had REAL trouble stickin 2 plan since then! I'v been kiddin myself by sayin "this is the last day, back on track 2moro!". After readin yer diary I'm totally re-motivated!! I'v decided just 2 do the best I can "in a more relaxed fashioned" (LOL!) while I'm still on hols n go back 2 plan 100% on Monday 7th Jan when I'm back 2 work.

Thank you, that's so nice to hear!!! I've found its really helped writing it down and I've got a great group too!! Congrats on your pregnancy, I hope it goes well and good luck getting back to it Monday :)

Brekkie - bitesize weetabix with banana & ss milk (HEA&B)

Snack - ham 2 x dairy box chocs (5 syns)

Lunch - leftover bangers and mash (4 syns) yoghurt pear

Snack - superspeed tomato soup 2 x rocky road hifi (HEB)

Dinner - mexican chicken with rice, veg & yoghurt dip (HEA)

Snack - 2 x dairy box chocs (5 syns) apple, mugshot

14 syns was ravenous today, couldn't stop eating!!
