Well after all my hard work I'm back again,
This time starting at 16.12 and my 1st weigh in is less than 48hrs away

Thank god I'm blessed with slim ~ ish legs even when I'm big !

Will update photos again as I lose to compare with last years ! This will be my last time as I'm never getting big again !

Good luck with your journey. Your post does scare me though. I have just lost 4 stone and feel amazing, on top of the world in fact. Can not believe the clothes i can wear etc! But..... I feel myself leaning towards the chocolates and overeating again like crazy! Whyyyyyyyyyyyy?

i think you ve done the right thing in rejoining the forum

the overeating will not go a way by itself you ll need to address it or your losses will disappear, i dont say this to be mean i say it from experience.
maintenance is a tightrope but your facing it before you slip, wobbling is fine just dont fall.
for me i thought that id never go back, that obesity was a thing of the past. well one trip back in the red zone and a realised it could still happen easily, luckily i found this diet which gave me the break i needed but bare in mind id spent 10 years out of it.

i wish you the best of luck and dont spoil your efforts you just feel rubbish

you don't want to feel like you used to ?

You don't want to buy " big " clothes again so you know what you have to do !

Stick around and join in, your right it may make it easier to stay on track x x

I think i need to be aware of it and talk about it. I always tend to lie to myself about what i have eaten. Need to start writing it down.
