1 whole + 2 egg whites
half a cup of veg (eg onions, peppers)
100g smoked salmon
small amount of skimmed milk

dry fry veg and set aside on a plate

beat eggs and milk plus salt and pepper
fry until only surface is not cooked
add veg and salmon to one half and fold over
fry for 1 more minute

i have this with lettuce or spinach

about 250 calories and 10g carbs
