Snacking on bread sticks?

I can't see any problem with snacking on bread sticks as long as it's accounted for, I've just had 2 mini cheeses 80 cal each for 2 of my snacks! Your'll get to know your body and what you can and can't get away with. Good luck with sf x

Might still be high enough in carbs to make you hungry though, but everyone is different...when doing low calorie diets I always snacked on nuts...lots of ultra good nutrition in nuts...or fruit...or the celery and peanut butter thing...
