Snacks..

    What do you have for snacks?

    Do you add them up to one lot together? or have them seperately?

    I tried the BBQ Chips today and they were lovely! lol just like pringles, I'm not a 'crisp' eater but they were a lovely snack to have up my horse yard with everyone eating other things I won't mention here that you can't have! ;)

    BBQ crisps - oooooh - where did you get those?

    I generally have the SF pretzels or cheese triangle thngs or the chocolate bars but this week i've bought some HobNob things - I like to have something in the evening when Im sitting down to wind down but try not to make it too late!

    I try to space mine out but depends how the day goes.....

    cereal Bars - most are around 100 cals
    Special K Mini breaks
    Quavers / Wotsits / french fries
    3 cream crackers & cheese triangle
    1 weetabix & 90ml hot milk
    Asda Chicken noodle simmer soup ( whole packet!)
    Slim a soup ( only about 50 cals)
    oxo / bovril - very few cals but REALLY takes 'the edge' off.
