Sneak peak

Well done to you a 6lb lose.:D Today is my 7th day (week 1) and I HAVE LOST 10lbs, feeling very happy and the ketosis has finally kicked in.
That's fantastic Mandy, so glad it's going well, I've had a really wobbly week, but the last 2 days have been good, so I'm hoping when I weigh in next Saturday it will be a much better picture!

Wow, nice one sazbo, that's great stuff, what a good start, I'll add it to the weekly weigh-in thread too, where we can all see how much everyone is losing each week, to help spur us on!

Thank you for your comment, I can honestly say this site has been a life line this week,until this site I hadn't heard of ketosis!! But now it's here feel a million times better. Thank you to everyone and am enjoying the journey with friends.

Can totally relate to that Rachel, i had a very wobbly week last week til it got to the point i wasnt sure if exante was for me. To be honest i know fine it is, think i was just looking for an excuse to eat (lol) but have been so much better since i reassessed things and started again with a clean slate. Really made all the difference! Cant wait to see your WI next week!! xxx

sazbo, if you go to tickerfactory.com there are loads of choices of ticker and you can choose exactly what you want. It will then give you the blurb to copy and paste into your signature on here (from the User CP panel). The more you post on this site, the more you'll be able to put into your signature. To start with you'll only be able to put a bit, but as you get more involved, you can put other bits and pieces like goals etc :)

Well done you! I am also on day 3 and as I am using a friends scales I cant weigh mid-week! arhhh, Its soooo annoying! A bit of motivation to see those scales moving would help!

Well done you - I also had a sneaky peak (well I do every morning to be honest) - seem to have gone from 17.5 to 16.13 so far(started wednesday)well chuffed - esp as I'm not doing completely TS but eating some protein if feel the need (ssssssssshhhhhhh)
