iv been reading most of your threads and they have been great motivation and indeed inspiration.
im on day 6 today and im a little miffed/perplexed/confuzzled/angry for the following reason.
i jumped on scales this morning and was expecting at least 5 lb loss or something but no...i had lost 1LB I REPEAT ILB.
how is this possible,i have been 100% since the start except for day 2 when i ate a piece of dh roast chicken but i spat out. i am in ketosis as iv checked.drinking minimum 3ltrs water and drinking all 3 sachets.
this is so disheartening and soul destroying to think that i have not eaten any food in 6 days and have such a small loss. WTF:sign0163:
