So dissapointed ,boo hoo

Hey guys i feel so disappointed. Second week on RED WI this morning and i have maintained my last weeks weight.
i have stuck rigidly to the plan not gong over 10 syns per day.
Is this usual????
feel like giving up.
Am trying a green day today to see if it makes any difference.
Any suggestions??? please

You have maintained so thats not to bad you may find next week you get a whopper of a weight loss as sometimes its just water ect stick with it and you will get there . The main thing is its not a gain :) xxx

Don't worry about it too much. I STS for two weeks after my first loss despite sticking to it 100% but it does shift if you continue with the plan. I had quite a big loss after that.
My suggestion is to try EE. I have done nothing else since re-joining and love it!
