So here goes... Again!

So day two was tough. I was tired and irritable and so FULL. But anyway, ploughing ahead

B: muller and mini muffin
L: scrambled egg, quark and smoked salmon
D: beef mince made into burgers with chilli and garlic with a Greek yoghurt dip
S: oatbran ginger bikkie and mullet

Drinks: not enough water, only about 1l plus a diet coke and 2 green teas. Will have more water this evening
Ex: 20 min walk

Grr I just want today to be over. If I see more protein I'll explode!!

Only a couple more days & you can introduce your veg, keep going you are doing great x
 
Kepp going.... you have been at this stage before and got through to the other side....battle on :D
 
It wont be lon g before you enter the safe zone, keep focused and eat some chicken :) ducks down dodging the chicken carcass thrown in her direction :D

Ha ha. No explosions yet but it was close! Still have zero energy too buuuut.... I weighed myself this morning and I'm down 7 pounds!!! Yeay!

Still don't feel like I'm in ketosis yet though-bit ropey today
