Have you tried adding diffrent vegtables and fruits to the salad for a change?
perhaps adding some lean meats to the salad also.

Why not try having some thing else low in calories and alittle of the salad on the side? Depending on what type of dressings you are using salad is extremly low in calories and makes good sides for everymeal.
Myself use Lemon Juice, salt black pepper chilli flakes, garlic may not be gourment but it sure beats bland leafs! here is an example
