Theres a sticky in the re-feed section, and loads of diary's for ideas for meals. Any questions are usually answered pretty quickly?
My chili 'recipe' is very basic- 2 tins of chopped tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 red & green pepper, 1 tbs of chili powder, 1 tsp of cumin, 1 jalapeno pepper (or chili pepper) and black pepper to taste. Chop up the onion & peppers & bung them in with the tomatoes (blended) and cook until softish. Add seasonings to taste (i.e. more chili if you like it hotter).
I'm staying away from WW & SW as I tended to cheat on both of them by having enormous helpings of 'free' foods- theres no such thing as 'free' foods if you eat buckets of the stuff! And with WW I found myself using my points for cr*p foods, or storing them up for drink at the weekend. So it'll be calorie-counting for me until I can eyeball proper portions- allowing myself the odd treat of course! LOL!
