Went to dietician - she says it's either Celiacs disease or severe yeast intolerance. Either way, she says Tetras will be ok! (and im having blood tests next week)

My brothers birthday on wednesday, so im planning a huge restart on thursday (helps that i'll be working thursday night so takes my mind off nibbling)
