Ok so I'm going to do my best to keep a food diary on here. I track on my iPhone but I want to get ideas and maybe share ideas if I can.

Shall start from tomorrow and will be very honest....might help me be honest with myself!

Support and suggestions would be appreciated :D

Thanks Carly had a bit of a meltdown since I started but am on track now. Will post a few backdated diaries later. Didn't track for a couple of days as was feeling out of sorts and didn't eat much but will put yesterdays at least!

Breakfast
2 slices of Danish WW bread = 3PP
Large egg scrambled = 5PP
Mushrooms = 0PP

Lunch
Banana = 0PP

Dinner
Baked potato and tuna = 12PP (was at a cafe so did best guess and maybe over compensated)

Anytime
Sausage Roll = 9PP

Achievements for the day
Didn't partake in eating chocolate birthday cake when everyone else was!

Did do some walking about even though I was tempted to get the bus.

Helped another person in recovery and shared my experience of the 12 steps.

Reached out to friends to offer encouragement ?

Will track better today and this week!

Achievements for the day
Walked around town and opted for fruit instead of chocolate!

Had some time with another person in recovery

Made my lady her dinner for coming in from work awwww lol

Let the tracking continue - got to get below 13st next week!!

Been let home early so going to go snuggle up with my missus and will put up my food later. Still on track and enjoyed my food today. X

Thanks :) it's something I've learned in recovery. At the end of my day I do an inventory. Make sure I've been kind, loving, that if I owe an apology I do it there and then and don't go to sleep with guilty feelings. I might add in my plans for the next day too. If you're ever feeling low a gratitude list is great to do as well.

Self esteem for me is built by helping others and making plans and sticking to them. I try to be responsible and reliable :D
