At least u have a reason if you have a gain! I'm nervous! After being so good and not looking at the scales all week, I went to have a peak yesterday and they have only gone and broke!! :(
I always weigh in on the wii so will be able to see tomorrow but no idea what it will say! 2 weeks since my last wi and have been v good except for a little dip last weekend (Chinese - fried rice on Saturday and McDonald's fillet o fish meal on Sunday morn. Oh and packet of mccoys on Sunday night.)
