Much better Ali!! Just imagine where we'd be without the blip tho!!   Today's plan is looking like this!   
B - weetabix, milk (HEB) (HEA)
Snacks - 2 alpen lights (HEB)
L - quorn bolognese , cottage cheese
D - jacket potato, cheese, beans, salad (HEA)
No syns but may have a few more tomorrow!
