Snack - shape yoghurt (0.5)
D - quorn bolegnese, pasta, cheese (HEA)
Snack - choc options, time out, tiny bit of apple pie (10)

Syns - 11.5/15
Total - 50.5/105

Exercise - boot camp circuits

It fits now! I finally managed to get it fastened on Tuesday. Just hoping its a little looser tomorrow night!!! X

Hmmm. Not sure. I run on the road.
You may have to start increasing in to about 7 or 8 just before you have to start your sprint and take it back to 4 just before you're due to stop. Might need a little trial and error!! Think the main thing is that you sprint for 15 seconds somewhere around then?? Xx

Tomorrow will be no better. Got a works lunch at mcdonalds and then on Friday a buffet working lunch (bloody love buffet food)!!! Will be good ish other than these and improve on Saturday! Oops apart from vodka on sat night!

Sure I'll add more syns. Am aiming for 100% week this week. Don't think I have any plans for the weekend. I've had too many night out recently and so I've been drinking too much and my will power goes if I have a drink! Going to try to be dry for a while! :)
