    Hi all,
    I've just noticed this and it seems brilliant. I'm currently on Cambridge and although the results are incomparable, I am finding it difficult. So some serious questions.
    • do meals fill you up?
    • what are average losses?
    • is it easy to stick to?
    • are the shakes ready made up as I've no access to cooking facilities at work?

    I would really appreciate hearing from anybody. Thanks you

    Hello,

    I'm only into my fifth week so I have limited experience to date.... but for what it's worth I'd say;

    1) Yes they do fill you up, although when you first get the meals (particularly the granola) it's a shock to see what a 'normal' portion should look like! :eek:

    2) Not sure what the longer term average losses are but mine are on my signature for the past month

    3) Very easy to stick to. The meals are very tasty, and the fact you can add steamed veg and modest portions of rice or pasta etc is great :eating:

    4) The shakes are made up, in tetra type cartons

    Hope that helps :)

    Thanks for that and just what I needed to hear. I'm on CD just now but too hungry so will wait til I get paid and go for it probably - does it take long to order?

    I've been ordering every two weeks and each time my hamper has arrived two working days later. You can order weekly, each fortnight or monthly. It does work out cheaper if you sign up for the monthly ordering system, you get a fifth week free, but starting out I wanted to give it a good test first before I made a major committment.
