I've just noticed this and it seems brilliant. I'm currently on Cambridge and although the results are incomparable, I am finding it difficult. So some serious questions.

- do meals fill you up?
- what are average losses?
- is it easy to stick to?
- are the shakes ready made up as I've no access to cooking facilities at work?
