Something thats helped me get this far

I'm not sure if this will be of use to anyone else but I decided I'd post it here in case it might help someone.

Everytime I get tempted to cheat, to have a little nibble or when someone tries to persuade me to (or when I smell toast) I think about how hard it was for the first few days until I got into ketosis.

And I realise that I don't want to have to put myself (or the people I angrily snapped at) through that again.

Whats the point in going through it just for the sake of one meal.

Well said. We just have to remember that when we cheat, it is only ourselves that we are cheating.

Thanks for this - shame I'm on line late tonight. I should have read this one before I got the chinese on the way back from church.

Not too happy with myself as only on day 2. But tomorrow is another day, fresh start and all that.
