Im too ashamed to type my diary for wednesday! It started out well with crumpets and cereal...

BIG BLIP on lunch as my mom was in town and we had rice and pizza and kebabs... oowww yummy... Although i only had a small portion of each thing it just wasnt a HEALTHY combination.

as i wasnt hungry much at night i had a slimfast shake.. (just felt the need for one) and a bowl of cereal!

Still went 4 points over which hope to make up soon!
All in all i feel guilty for the lunch BUT i also enjoyed it! teehehe
