Sona's Food Diary- Im back!

Sona, I think you need to press the red buttons on the wii controllers ( red buttin is in where you put the batteries) and the red button on the main console ( you need to open the wee rectangular panel on the front...just below where you put in the game discs). If I remember correctly, these re sync the controllers to the console :)

I was reading the manual online and i think i was doing two things wrong... 1st i didndt know about the sync button on the main box and second may have been holding remotes too close to the bar thingi!

so try again toniht with better battires!!

24 mins training tennis on wii no idea if i burned anything but it was fun! Finally managed to get my wii controllers to work was the damn batteries need better quality ones!

My LTT has broken!! I actually cried when i told my Hubby that LTT broke last night after a i used it. The plastic thing on the top cracked and it kept rubbing on the side and basically unusable!

He said he's gona buy me a new one so im on the search for somic similar (not getting same thing again!) If anyone have used a GOOD V-shape stepper b4 then let me know!

:-( im affraid my home scale dont like me much! they dont shift below 13.3! although its a digital scale im sure its broken! When i went docs 2 weeks ago his scale said i was 12.13 although at the same time my scale at home had said 13.4!! so that was a huge diff! i havent been on scale since last friday as ive given up on them! My wii fit board last night said 12.10 but i dnt believe that either coz it was on my carpet! im going to buy a mat and then do my weight on it again!

I have been really good havent I? Im eating all my points, im exercising... im spending almost £100 on my wii fit and stepper in one day and taking xenical diet aid pills.. yet... nothing.... im slightly constipated aswell.... i duno whats going on!

Weather is better now so im gona try incorporate some long walks with my lil one in the pram on my days off from work!

will wait for my WI with my doctor at the end of this month!

Sona,

I would ditch your scales - They seem to be the only ones that say you're above 13 stone. I have 2 sets of scales and the difference in them is unbelievable so go by your doctors. It would be UNBELIEVABLE if you haven't lost weight. Best of luck!!

Im not using the digital scales anymore!! gutted about them as they were a prezzi from my mum! ( I asked for them! she wasnt being cheeky! hehe)

Im gona wait for docs weight in! and just keep working hard.. I went to speak with a pharmacist yesterday at boot. She was realllly nice! She had also done WW and gave me some tips and ideas about how to use my points and also take xenical along side it. She actually told me that when she didnt do exercise she lost weight then she did exercise she didnt lose but maintain her weight!

I guess everyone if diff, but she also suggested i eat more for ww to work and the tablets to work. So going to spend some time on putting together a list of meals to mix n match in to a menu.

How are you doing?? managed to make it back in to the WW safe zone? all the easter eggs gone?

Hi Sona,

I am back on ww track until Sunday when I am off to Spain for a week. Not sure how much kcal you are burning on wii fit. I am using wii fitness coach and it says kcal at the end of each session. I got a HR monitor which calculates all for me.
You can use ww formula to calculate excercise points. I dont have it on me but if you look on the forum you will find it.
Re scale, my weight is different on every scale so if I were you I would stick to once result. And if you use electronic scale on the carpet it wont work properly.It needs to be on the firm floor.

Didnt use wii last night had to go out then my lil one was upset all night due to teething!
