Sona's Food Diary- Im back!

Here goes

Breakfast:
crunchy nut and milk
=4

1/2 Red bull can 1
WW crisps 1
=2

Lunch:
Quorn burger, Bab,marg 3.5
=3.5

Snack:
ww Vanilla yogar 0.5
=0.5

Dinner:
Chicken breast 2.5
Cheese 2.5
ww mini hoops 1
=6

Grand total = 16
(saving some points for tomorow as going for mother in law b-day meal, probs indian food)

If i have miscalculated points please tell me! Ive only just got as far as my red bull n crisps! lol

Hope everyone is doing well am going to browse through some other posts now! Am on a late shift at work today so here till 10pm!

curry (not sure which so estimate ) 7

Lunch n dinner maybe diff so will update if they change. Am off to see the nurse today, made an appointment to discuss "weight managment" and get some help to bring my BMI down! weight this morning was 13.2.6 and BMI was 30! Should i tell her ive started doing WW on my own?

Was thinking, my points are about 22 and iv'e seen some people talking about a 18point quick start... should i try that too as im not on week 3 and iv lost less than 1lb!

No exercise last night as I was in the kitchen for hours and made 100 spring rolls all by myself and back was killing!

25 mins on stepper = 230 calories duno how many points that is i never add up my exercise points.

Supposed to be my 3rd WI tomorow and had a sneaky WI this morning... seem to have gained 2lb again! so its 13.4 today! duno whats going on as it was 13.2 a couple of days ago! Dont seem to be losing inches either! Wondering if my lateral thigh trainer is building muscles in my legs! aagghh

Thanks nuneczka! Im really glad of the 1lb and 1 inch loss!! I actually managed to fit in to my pre pregs jeans today but only just! lolz Goig on holiday in march and i really dnt wana buy new clothes!

Im going to turkey for a week in march! cant wait! I dont really wear dress's n stuff but have some nice jeans and tops that i hope to wear. Gona stick with the lateral thigh trainers its defo helped my legs n buns!

p.s Tried on my size 14 cotton trousers bought last june in the sale and they fit me... but only just... aiming to wear these on holiday.. fingers crossed to lose some inches!

Hi CC and thanks! Im reallly looking forward to going away but also dreading it! First time im gona be away from my baby and he's turning 1, four days before i go!

no exercise again as arm still hurting.
terrible way to end a good day and probs messed up my whole week! Ive got 1 day now to eat well and exercise before WI! wish me luck!

Really fed up today! WI 4 and im back on to 13.3 so in total ive lost nothing in 4 weeks! nice! its been showing 13.1 all week and then boom! Anyway it could be water retention so im gona try just get on with it!
