    1200 kcals

    Day 1

    Breakfast - Mini weetabix bites and milk from allowance

    power snack - 12 Grapes

    Lunch - Baxsters wholemeal pasta and veg soup (less than 300kcals and 5% fat) and a fat free yogurt.

    Power snack - kid size banana

    Dinner - Basil chicken and pasta from R.C magazine.

    snack - Banana (saved from breakfast for evening snack)

    Exercise:

    walk briskly for 25 mins
    2 sets of 8 ab curls

    Drinks:

    2 coffees - milk from allowance
    3 large glasses of low cal squash
    mug of hot water

    Thanks - it is so different from what I would usually eat and so just hoping I am doing it right as I am swapping some of the meals around e.g breakfast from day 4 on day 1 etc

    Hi Sonya, thats how i understand it, you can swap any breakfast for any breakfast, lunch for lunch etc depending on what you like/have in/fancy!!

    Hope it goes well this week for you, and i think you have inspried me to keep an online diary too!!!
