I had a really busy day today, i had to attend a course all day and then work in the evening. I had to pretty much eat on the go, so armed with my ww calculator i managed to keep to my points allowance of 24.

Saturday 22nd May 2010
Breakfast: 2 ww thick sliced bread: 2
2 Laughing cow cheese triangles: 1
alpen light bar: 1
ww yoghurt: 1

Lunch: sainsburys sausage and egg sandwich: 5.5
Walkers crisps: 3

Dinner: 2 ww bread: 2
25g low fat cheese: 2
fudge bar: 2

After work: Mcdonalds hamburger: 4.5

All 24 pts used.
 
The 2nd day of my training course was also a case of ' grab food when i could'. Again i managed to stick to all 24 pts.

Thankyou ladies for your encouragement seeing everyones progress motivates me.

Today has been another good day, seeing every one walk around in there summer clothes in the scorching hot weather has made me think about what i want to wear next summer and how i want to look. I even managed to go to the gym after work (really i wanted to sit in a nice beer garden with friends and a drink). But after the gym i felt better for it and now i am really looking forward to my Friday morning weigh in.

Today, again i stuck religiously to my points and went to the gym again, i'm well happy. Looking foward to tommorrow where i have 38 pts to spend...which means treats!!!!!!!! and also there is my weigh in!!! I've been thinking about my long term weight loss and thought that if i can disapline myself and be really strict with my points and exercise 6 days a week, then i can have a day where i can treat myself once a week. Of course i need to save my 4 points a day and stick to my 'treat day' allowance. If i don't have a treat once a week then i will fail, because this is not a diet, it is a lifestyle.

I sympathize with the 'grab and go' concept! I'm awful for it as I love to have my lie ins rather than a nice breakfast in the morning!

You know your 'treat day' how much points do you go over, or do you save up your points etc?
 
Hiya, i always save around 4 pts a day and after weigh in i just blow all of my saved points. I try not to go over my saved and daily allowance, but if i do then it will be 1 or 2 pts and i have bonus points that can cover that if need be. If i didn't have a treat day then i'd go mad so it's always good to have something to look forward to.

I'll be back to post my daily food diary later, it's just the day for me hasn't finished yet and i'm working til 4am aahhhhh lol. Enjoy your bank holiday weekend ladies x

Well yesderday hasn't been good at all eating wise, i went on a day out to vist family and threw caution to the wind. I went on a mad binge which started off from Sunday night (after i typed my foor diary for that day lol). Anyway, i shall shame myself and just write out all i ate...i won't even bother pointing it all, but i will just keep everythig crossed that i won't gain this Friday, i'll also cut points (4) of every day until Friday..

I thought instead of introducing myself from the start, i would give this diary a couple of weeks first (to see if i stuck to it lol)

Well, my name is Sophie and i am 26 years old. I have been doing weight watchers on my own since March. I initially weighed 18 stone but managed to lose 2 stone before i started posting on this site.

I work hard with 2 jobs which means sometimes i have to eat on the go, however armed with my points calculater i am able to find suitable options. Myself and a collegue weigh in every Friday morning at Boots before work, i have found that this has worked for me and saves me a fiver a week.

I hope my diary can help people on the ww journey as well as other diaries on this thread has helped me. We're all in this together. x

ah thanks Najh, it's hard work, but it is all in the mind, i haven't been to one weight watchers meeting but if i really start to struggle then i might start going to one.

Long day yesterday, got back from work at 5am, but i still stayed within my points.
