Hi, I'm new here . I have been lurking in and eavesdropping and you all sound lovely! I have made an appointment with a counsellor for Friday and was just wondering - is there a limit on what you need to weigh to do soul source? I know i can shift the 2 stone i want to loose but only if i take food out of the equation all together? any thoughts/input appreciated.

You need to be a stone over BMI25 to start a VLCD

At your current weight, you should be able to do 810 as long as there are no health issues that would contraindiate this.

i think its a stone over BMI 25 to do SS as you quickly lose the weight, i know you can do SS and SS+ till your weight is BMI 25, below that and you must move up a step
