Phew, what a day

That was a very tough interview ......over 2 hours worth!

Won't hear until next week........but I'm not hopeful to be honest

Desperately tempted to order pizza.......but I haven't, and settled for a black bean pot instead

Feet up now, and some rubbish TV to unwind

My theory is they kept going for 2 hours to try and get some sensible answers from me

......I have absolutely no idea what I was saying half of the time

Just finished the housework so having a coffee before tackling the overtime

The sun is shining, but it's not that warm at the moment

.....hopefully I'll finish the overtime and get out to start tidying the garden later on

All well on the Exante front, and have been TS all week

....not sure about weigh in tomorrow, as I had last weekend off plan

2 lbs down today

I am pleased with overall progress - I have lost 21% of my body weight after all

.....but I'm a bit concerned that the loss is definitely slowing down, with only 1-2 lbs a week now

I so want to be at target by Christmas..........but I see it getting further away

I need some ideas to speed things up!
