Restarted TS yesterday, so it’s onwards and downwards again

Welcome back Darcy, I didn't even know it could get that cold down there! I hope you had a wonderful wonderful trip.
Anyway, if you're anything like me, you love a trip, but love getting back home just as well. Feeling in control food wise is always a super positive note in my book. That's how I felt last week when I started the plan again.

It was midsummer in the Southern Hemisphere......wouldn’t want to be there in Winter!!!

I’ve started my annual spring clean so that’ll keep me busy for the next few weeks

TS maintained without problems.......and fingers crossed for weigh in on Sunday
