I was wondering if anybody could tell me if you can have rice milk or soya yoghurt instead of ss milk if you're doing 790? I don't have much dairy because I feel dreadful if I do so would this be ok instead? Ta

I cant stand the skimmed milk and i dont drink tea or coffee much so i asked my CDC what i should do about the milk and she said i could have some low fat plain yogurt instead.

I forgot to ask how much so i have just been having 1 tablespoon of yogurt and mixing it with some spices to make a kind of chutney to have with my steamed chicken, it tastes gorge.

But i think a CDC would be better at advising you on this and i am sure one will be along any second.

I do have my weigh in tmrw evening tho so i will ask my CDC about soya yog and rice milk and post on here.

Good Luck on 790 :) xx

    Hi,

I used to have unsweetened soya milk but I am sure rice milk would be okay. I am intolerant to excess amounts of dairy and feel really bloated if I have ordinary milk.

Hi, sorry for the late reply, i have had no time to come on the computer today. I asked my CDC about the soy yog and rice milk and she said she wasnt to sure if it contained all the calcium that you needed. She said low fat yog was fine (about 2 tablespoons) but i dont know if you will be ok having that. I'm sorry i couldnt get any more info off her. Maybe you could try Private messaging a CDC on this board??

    xx :)
