spacing out your points

Im currently on 30 points a days and tend to space them out like this:
brekkie - 6
lunch - 10
tea - 12
snacks - 2
was just wondering how everybody else spaced theirs.

(this isnt done everyday, tis just an average)

Seems like you have a good system there.

I tend to have 5 points for breakfast, 5 points for lunch, 10-15 points for dinner and then 5 points or so for curly whirly or other treat!!

I remember hearing once that your meant to eat like a prince for breakfast, porper for lunch and peasant for dinner, I.e lots for breakfast, less for lunch and even less for dinner, but I love big dinners and never feel like bog breakfasts :(

I've heard that you're supposed to have a bigger breakfast, but I can't face it myself!

I tend to try and just have 2 big meals and little snacks. Bad I know, but it keeps up the metabolism!
 
i normally have a filling brekkie of oats so simple which is failry low points but keeps me full throughout the morning...i dont have a set amount of points per meal but try and plan each day for the whole day. I can then work out how many i have left for treats etc. I have also started making sure I dont have anything to eat after 8pm :)
