I am on day 1 today and have had half a banana pack, 1.5 pints of council pop and a black coffee so far. Im planning on splitting my 1st pack everyday as i think itll be better for me this way. Is it ok to do this long term? Will the vits etc not be affected?

you should be fine as long as your having the 3 packets, some people split all 3 into 6 portions, so dont worry, xx

Yeah, that's fine. I did the diet on 6 mini meals throughout.

Just make sure you split before you make up, rather than making it all up together.
