One spray wouldnt be 7.5 ml, because that would be more than 3 calories. 7.5 ml is a teaspoon and a half of product - so it isnt going to be TERRIBAD if you use it, but it isnt free in the same way that the frylight is.

I would say it's still better than using normal oil!

I use that and always use it as free......... hasnt done our losses any harm. If you find there is a problem with your losses then stop using it as free.
I personally dont like Frylight so always just use the spray oils. Am using crisp n dry atm, cant even find that on syns online, but i use it as free
