Well, I've finally woken up to what I need to do, and have the motivation to do it...
Tomorrow starts the new me - I know that sounds like I'm postponing the inevitable, but it's really been a struggle to finish off the last few bits of "Xmas" food in the fridge. There's a pan of carrot and coriander soup simmering on the stove and I'm feeling really positive about the next few months - can't wait for that feeling of positivity that I felt last time the pounds started falling away.
At 17 st 2 lb (ish - gonna weigh myself tomorrow for a baseline) I've got a long way to go but looking forward to the ride...
The plan tomorrow is (GREEN):
Breakfast-
Oats so simple (HEB)
100ml semi milk (part HEA)
1tsp sugar (1 syn)
Lunch:
Carrot and coriander soup: fry light, carrots, onions, sweet potatoes, butternut, herbs and spices, stock cube
Dinner:
The last of the ready meals in the fridge - will use up my syns / other HEB on 1/3 of a Waitrose lamb hotpot - no idea how many actual syns this will be, but can't really afford to throw it out!
Loads of veg!
Extras:
Rest of my milk allowance in tea
Fruit: melon and bananas
So that's the plan - not ideal but will have to do. Will let you know how it goes tomorrow!
