brekkie :- 1 strawberry protien shake from wtg

lunch tomato and basil soup

dinne pasta bolognaise and mixed veg

evening snacks 3 shakes mixed with 1 satchet of orange s/f jelly to make mouse and serve with banana

total cals 1004 and 196 remaining

if your ding the first two week diet you really have to try stick to 1200 if you have too little your body will think its starving and just store everything you eat. i did 1200 and after to week didnt stop and i didnt lose anymore weight soon as i upped my calories my body relaxed and let me lose, if you follow the rules it does work. good luck with it XXX
