started today 8 july

not been on for a while, just a quick update, on day 51 and day 17 of ramadhan. lost 2 pounds last week. not been feeling too well this week ans strugling with water.next weigh in tommorow
 
You are doing really well under the circumstances. It can't be easy trying to fit this diet in to such a short space of time, especially the water.
