Step 1 Sole Source startin cambridge tomorrow- sooo excited

    hello everyone. im new to this im starting Cambridge sole source tomorrow .. im a little nervous but also excited

    Good luck Kerry I'm on day 5 so our not far behind. I've 4 stone (ish) to lose hopefully most by Easter. How about u? Have u done this type of diet before? xx

    hi... Ive tried every other diet in the world... lol I have loads to lose about 5 stone I think... my councillor is coming in the morning but im going to ask her to keep my weight and measurements a secret... and just let me know how much is coming off each week..im hoping for about 5 stone by the end of may ... ive just joined this forum .. its great for keeping in touch...

    Are you in ketosis yet? I'm still getting there after 4 days?!?

    I believe I am as got that "tinny" taste in my mouth and even though my tummy rumbling I'm actually not feeling hungry if that makes sense. Just remember everyone is different. Did u have a carb fest day before u started plan? I didn't xx

    Probably!! New Year's Day was basically spent finishing off all the party food in the house. :(

    I had my last meal new years eve and although I had carbs I didn't have loads. I've only hit ketosis today so don't worry u will be there tomoz or Tuesday I'm sure xx

    This is also my 4th day. I hope I'm almost in ketosis. This is the second time that I've done the Cambridge diet but can't remember how long it took last time.

    Today is my 4th vlcd day too. Pretty sure I'm in ketosis now. It's anywhere from day 3 onwards so you should be there soon!

    Actually surprisingly well, I've done vlcds a few times and never found starting this easy. I think it's because I'm doing it with my OH and we've completely emptied our place of all food so all we have is our packs and a fridge full of water! I've been making a real effort with water too which always helps my head.

    Oh that's good, I'm glad you're doing well. It is easier to do it with somebody. The support Is better and you know you can't be naughty and cheat! The water is great for headaches! Keep up the good work! :)
