Aargh, what a waste of a week. I've stuck to the 3 shakes a day, no problem. BUT.....I've also added in choc bars, cookies, cake, toast....anything carb rich. Don't often bother with stuff like that so why now?

Talked myself into the right mindset this morning so I'm starting again today, unfortunately I've now got another 0.6lbs to lose now. Come on Gina..................

Oooopsy, but good to see you back. Here's to a good first week proper. Hope it goes well, and you can always try working solution, which might help reduce your cravings for food. Good luck :)

Well done. You didnt let it crack you completely. You could have thought "sod it, ive cheated, i cant do it" and give up. You didnt. You came on here, and yove made the first big step to getting back on it. Sounds daft but focus. Yes its hard, its not pleasant at times....but it WILL be worth it in the long run....you CAN do it xxx
