Aargh, what a waste of a week. I've stuck to the 3 shakes a day, no problem. BUT.....I've also added in choc bars, cookies, cake, toast....anything carb rich. Don't often bother with stuff like that so why now?
Talked myself into the right mindset this morning so I'm starting again today, unfortunately I've now got another 0.6lbs to lose now. Come on Gina..................
