Starting again - food diary - Elisangela

Hi everyone!
i attempted to start a diary back in June when joined sw group - a lot happened since & im now living in southern Ireland, and joined body optimise online
- this forum is so supportive and i find reading other's members diary inspiring, i decided to keep one too...

I plan to do EE this week

Breakfast : 2 sliced of wholeameal bread with peanut butter (4 1/2 SYNS)
coffee and milk from allowance
mellon and fat free yogurt

Lunch: cottage cheese with baked potato & green salad

Dinner: sheppard pie with veg

Snacks: low fat yogurt (cant find fat free in local Dunnes shop) fruits,

Water intake: will try 1litres today

feeling good

Hey !! so happy I lost 7lbs over the last 7 weeks - there were ups and downs and this week im not hoping for a loss with several halloween parties with the kids plus a lot of sweeties left in the house!!!
but i'm determined to be back on track and keep a diary -
i read recently an article about how keeping a food diary can double one chances of losing weight - here we go:
it's a copy of the online diary im keeping on bodyoptimise.com -
i will update it tonight in case i eat something else or substitute something
Im planning to cook a healthy cauliflower cheese with fromage frais and rice with veg


Today's diary 3rd November 2010

Free Foods very low fat natural cottage cheese
very low fat natural fromage frais
very low fat natural yogurt

coffee with sweetner vegetable soup rice potatoes cauliflower Tabasco


Healthy Extras a 350ml skimmed milk

b 198g apricots, canned in juice and 227g raspberries, stewed

Cheese, basic, Edam 5
Honey 1
