Hi everyone!
i attempted to start a diary back in June when joined sw group - a lot happened since & im now living in southern Ireland, and joined body optimise online - this forum is so supportive and i find reading other's members diary inspiring, i decided to keep one too...
I plan to do EE this week
Breakfast : 2 sliced of wholeameal bread with peanut butter (4 1/2 SYNS)
coffee and milk from allowance
mellon and fat free yogurt
Lunch: cottage cheese with baked potato & green salad
Dinner: sheppard pie with veg
Snacks: low fat yogurt (cant find fat free in local Dunnes shop) fruits,
Water intake: will try 1litres today
