starting atkins questions

hi all. have 3 stone to loose at the mo, just wondering what losses I can expected to see each eeek on average

Unfortunately with Atkins there is no average.....we all lose at different rates...

I've dropped 15lbs in 6 weeks though

My hubby n I r 6 weeks in I have lost 14 lb n he has lost 20 lb! We have stuck to induction (ish) for the 6 wks, have had alcohol on a couple ov the Saturday's but straight onto the water n exercise the next day!! We both feel grt!!! Good luck to u keep us posted on how u get on x
