starting, stopping, restarting

#1
9 weeks on lipotrim, 4 and half stone down my aim is another stone and a half, then refeed, eat sensibly and exercise the after Xmas restart lipotrim and lose another 3 and a half stone.
BUT yesterday my doctor advised against this saying that people who do really well then stop, put weight on and find it extremely hard to restart their diet.
she says it's much better to just keep going and stay in the "zone"

Any thoughts on this?

Lots of people on here have said that's it's extremely hard to restart sole sourcing once you stop. It's probably psychological so it could be different if yours is a planned break as opposed to unplanned :)break_diet:) If that's the case you may be ok. If your body rebels tho cos it knows whats coming you could be in trouble. Do lots of reading up on minimins and make an informed decision. Good luck with it anyway:D

I think I'm just going to go for it!!!!!
I'm going to stick to the diet for as long as I can and, fingers crossed, hit my goal weight before a lump of cheese hits me!!!!
