I had a 1/2 an hour personal training session at my gym on Saturday - what an informative 1/2 an hour.

We sussed out a program of activity I can easily fit into my life and it all starts today!!!

At 5.30 pm, I will be having a 15 minute intoductory session to Body Pump followed by the actual class which is 1 hour long.

I'm a little scared but also excited. It's been a while since I've exercised formally!!!

Then Tuesday is RPM.
Wednesday and Thursday are days off.
Then Friday is an hour in the gym doing the program we came up with in my personal training session.
Then Saturday is RPM again.

I just hope I can keep it up!! Wish me luck!!!

good luck! whats your gym session involve? im think about a few sessions with a trainer. just looking for the time to fit it in

OMG - I ache like you wouldn't believe - even typing this is a bit of an effort now as my arms ache so much. Feel the burn does not begin to cover it!!!

Preetone - if you book a session with a personal trainer, you should have a chat with you first to find out what you want to get out of it. It's about what you want/need, so there is no fixed format. Have a chat with someone at the gym first, as different trainers specialise in different things. Also, even within the same gym prices can vary and trainers may offer discounts for block booking - although these sometimes have to be taken within a set period of time. Hope that helps. :)
