I had a 1/2 an hour personal training session at my gym on Saturday - what an informative 1/2 an hour.
We sussed out a program of activity I can easily fit into my life and it all starts today!!!
At 5.30 pm, I will be having a 15 minute intoductory session to Body Pump followed by the actual class which is 1 hour long.
I'm a little scared but also excited. It's been a while since I've exercised formally!!!
Then Tuesday is RPM.
Wednesday and Thursday are days off.
Then Friday is an hour in the gym doing the program we came up with in my personal training session.
Then Saturday is RPM again.
I just hope I can keep it up!! Wish me luck!!!
