Starting!

So so excited!!
Just emailed a councellor.

I'm Karen, mum to 4. Have tried lots of diets and they just don't seem to be working anymore, or at least very very slowly. I therefore find it hard to keep the motivation up.
I thought I was doing ok, feeling more confident in myself until I saw photos of us in Weymouth yesterday.
I'm so massive :cry:

Anyway that's me! Another potential success story!
