well done you, remember a lb off is better than a lb on and a maintain is good.. So dont beat yourself up about it, think of nextweek and what you think you can do to change the maintain to a loss

if you're sticking to the plan, the weight will keep coming off. You'll probably have a great loss next week. Just keep focussing on the goal. Our bodies make no sense sometimes!
