Dont be to disheartened,,,Ive had a week of staying the same and then lost again the following week eating the same. Keep perservering...you will see results xx

You've already done the best thing by giving your food diary to your consultant, she'll pick up if something needs tweaking or isn't quite right. Don't let it put you off though, the health benefits will already have taken hold and I'm sure the scales will smile for you next week.

Don't give it up!! I stayed the same last week but made up for it this week with a double amount!! It will pay off next week hun x
