B: 2 "fried" eggs, sweet potato hashbrowns

L: Chickpea dahl, brown rice, salad, ff plain yogurt, mint

D: Spag bol with peppers and courgettes, wholegrain pasta, salad

S: fruit, mullerlight
E: 1 hour weeding the garden, 1 hour walk
W: 2 litres

Trying to get back on track, more importantly I need to get back to running :)

B: 2 slices ww malt loaf 2 syns, spread 2 syns, skinny sf vanilla latte HE A

L: WW Lasagne, salad

D: Homemade hamburgers & coleslaw, new potatoes (2 syns for elf mayo), slice of cheese 2 syns

S: banana, mullerlight
E: golf lesson
W: 2 litres of water

Yesterday was a bit naughty but I did get some exercise

D: Pork chop on the bbq, minted new potatoes, steamed english asparagus

S: homemade rice krispy treats, 1.5 pints of ale
E: 2 hours walking
W: 2 litres
 
Today should be a bit better :)

L: Grilled pork chop, new potatoes, sugar snap peas

D: Coronation chicken over jacket potatoes, steamed purple sprouting broccoli

S: homemade marshmallow rice krispy treat
E: 30 mins aerobics, 45 min walk
W: 2 litres
