    Every day I say i will start one of these so today is that day! Hoping to use this a wee motivational tool for myself

    Friday 19th Feb

    BF: Options Hot Choc (2 syns) with skimmed milk (hexa)
    Banana
    Snack: Ripple (8.5 syns) WHY?

    Lunch: 2 slcies of wholemeal (hexb)
    2 eggs
    flora xtra light (1/2 syn)
    Diet Cola
    Tangerine x2
