Hi guys,
Had my first weigh in on Monday, normally your first week on SW would be a big one, yes? No! I had a bad week, I knew it would be bad but at least its a loss and I am fully sticking to it so far this week. Last week had lost of stuff planned like wedding anniversary (Buffet dinner at the local football club, and yes I really got my $25 worth), house warming party and some stuff unplanned like the post housewarming hangover and subsequent Macca's recovery pig out. Anyway I lost 0.3kg (Approx 1/2 lb).:eek:
This week will be the big one, just cooking pasta sauce and syn free chips, yummy.

at least it was a loss and some people (like me) would have postponed starting cos of all those pre-planned events, so good on you for starting when ya did, heres to next weeks loss x

Well done! For all the socialising you had to do, a loss is great news! I think you've done really well - just stick with it now! :)

Week 2 update.

A little better this week, :(
Lost 1kg, was good all week apart from Saturday night when I had a couple of beers and buffet dinner including all the wrong things and apple crumble with lashings of Mr Whippy. Still, I was back on track the next morning and feel focused, as loss is good yeah!

Week 3

Lost another 1.2kg this week, did really well all week then went to pot over the long weekend. (Queens Birthday Holiday) So could have done a lot better but still lost so I am happy. Next week will be better. :D

Week 4

Oh dear, gained 500g this week (1.1lb)
Seems I'm gonna have to try harder this week.:booboo:
My weekend wasn't too bad really, I think last week I did more red than green and I tend to have a lot more syns on a red day, this week then will be mostly green days and will try really hard come the weekend because next week I want a good result.
