My own made up dinner for tonight of whatever I could find and it was amazing!!!!
Mince beef
Orange pepper (could use others I guess)
Red onion, green beans, peas and sweetcorn
Noodles
For sauce:
Beef oxo
Chilli powder
Soy sauce
Diet coke
Passata
Fry onions peppers and mince (no fry lite needed if its a good pan)
Ince browned drain any fat
Crumble in oxo cube
Poor in a few table spoons passata, 1/3 can diet coke, soy sauce and chilli powder and simmer until sticky
In another pan cook noodles and all other veg until soft, drain and then mix with the meat and sauce
It tasted AMAZING!!! And as far as I'm aware syn free!
I only added coke as I happened to open a can as I started cooking and decided it would be a nice sweet and sour taste and a sticky texture to the sauce
