Still Sick

Hi Guys

Well im still sick so biting the bullet and going doctors. I have a sneaky feeling hes gonna give me antibiotics as im asthmatic and my cold seems to have settled on my chest. If he does will i need to eat?? Ive only just got back into it as had a week off few weeks ago really dont wanna eat if i can help it

I'm not sure if you should eat, but CD does have all the nutrients and vitamins you need maybe you could have an extra one each day till you feel better. Get well soon

If its for a chest infection then it probably be amoxicilin (sp) and you dont need to eat to take those so you will be fine on CD

Hey you should be fine taking antibiotics on ss hun, if you do feel the need to eat try ss+ till you feel better, i have taken many antibiotics during ss without any probs, you really should go get your chest checked though.. good luck hun, hope you feel better soon

Sorry to hear you're still not well sweetie. I hope you get it sorted. Maybe it's time for you to start moving up the plans and eating as well???
